- Training in CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, Systemic Therapy, Acceptance Therapy, and Breathwork.
- Professional experience in community mental health, school setting, private practice, fortune 100 companies, crisis intervention, adjunct professor, and approved continuing education provider with NBCC.
- Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas #19564, with Supervisor status.
- Individual and group private practice owner.
- Record of helping and training graduate level counselors and counselor associates succeed in their careers.
In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors and with my family. You will often find me on a trail somewhere or hosting hiking and adventure retreats for licensed therapists. I love to travel, read, walk, backpack, watch sunsets, create CE content, and chase my chickens off the porch.
